I’ve had this for about month or so and the h20 keeps going off like it’s out of water, I refilled and still having issue w this. If I can’t resolve issue returning and getting cigar oasis.

The product is awful and not very good unit for keep your treasured cigars humidified. The unit always read 85%. But when the funny part when you try to set it the highest it can only be set is at 80%. So I don't know how it reads 85%. I demand my refund back. revain should stop offering or selling this unit.

First impressions good packaging. Plugged in and instantly started turning on and off by itself. Had to have it plugged in just right for it to stay on even in multiple outlets. Now to the humidity which is the main thing here. Horrible accuracy. The fan turns on when the internal hygrometer drops below the set level. But the hydrometer is waaaaaay wrong. Here's a picture at room temp comparing this device to an accurate hygrometer. I feel like some of these reviewers may have been compensated…

They both started beeping and say H2O. They are full of water. I threw away the packaging so i cant return. waste of $180. Just buy Oasis. They work and worth more money

Just set it up and already better than anything I have used to keep my cigars fresh. If this thing holds up it will definitely be worth the purchase.

So far this device is excellent and keeping my humidor at the correct RH%. Was in very nice packaging with easy to follow instructions. So far I am really liking it. Only reason for 4 stars is the ribbon cable. In competitor's units, the flat ribbon cable is 100% flat, including the end you plug in to the device. That makes it easy to thread through the back of the humidor. Humidicup's design unfortunately has a permanently attached power plug at the end of the ribbon cable to the unit. So…

Well worth the money considering the cost of cigars. Keeps my humidor at a constant humidity And really makes the smokes nice.

had a small oasis humidifier and my smaller humidor worked great now that I moved up to 250 count humidor I Purchased this larger humidity cup easy to install working great looking forward to many years of good use

Does what it is designed to do. I have a larger Whynter. I had to use 2 of these as expected, but after the first couple times needing to put water in after a few days, they are working very well now. The humidity will fluctuate some if the temp changes but I’m very happy with the product.

Been about a month and so far I have been happy with this unit. Ive set it to my desired humidity and it matches my wireless butler and analog gauge read outs perfect. Its sitting in a Daniel Marshall 165 humidor. Happy to only be using distilled water and not the "packs". This unit was more affordable and looks better in my opinion than the competitors. Time will tell, but a month in and all is good man.

worked great for about a year. Recently the sponge started drying out and the unit would beep after 2-3 days. Not sure whats going on but this unit was expensive. Would not buy again.

I had an issue with the ribbon cable on another humidifier I was using. I came across this item while on the revain site. Upon careful inspection I noted that the power supply connections specifically the ribbon cable and how it attaches to the unit is what sold me on the product. The unit can be connected either using the ribbon cable and connector or use the connector without the ribbon cable. Other reviewers commented on the packaging and I am in total agreement. The product is packaged well
