The product works at most 1 minute and then turns off. It doesn't work at all and is a big waste of money. Please do not buy this product.

Not what I thought, for example you have to fill it with cold water yes I mean cold I put a 16oz water bottle in the fridge and the next morning I pour it into the water tank and it's like being in an air-conditioned room; the thing that will improve this is where do you get a new filter when its dirty?

I was looking for a way to cool the room so I bought it for $55. It doesn't cost $15. This is probably the only time I've written a bad review and order hundreds of items a year. This is the worst thing I've ever bought blind. It's leaking, it's a plastic box with a fan inside. I can't say how well it will work but it's not a replacement for a real window air conditioner, it's a terrible product and overpriced for what it is.

I was very happy to order this for my office. I followed the instructions in the box to fill the tank for the first use. I've been using it for 2 days now and keep adding. The brochure said it would take 3-5 hours before it needed to be refilled, but that's just not true. I have to fill it with water every hour. Very disappointed for the price I paid.
