Good outdoor product

There were some shipping issues to begin with but the customer service was great, given the circumstances we were all in they did a great job. My lack of five stars would only be because it was a little confusing talking to two people. Everything else ended well. πŸ‘

Misuse: Park PRS-20

I didn't buy this for a car, I bought this to fix a Park PRS-20. This stand uses a quick release mechanism to hold the bike by the fork (under the bottom bracket). The continuous part of the park did not fit under 15x110. I figured if I trusted a part like this at highway speeds then it would surely work on a repair stand too. A switch exchange confirmed my concept. Also, the color is *almost* blue parka to match the base. Oh, and if I ever need to transport my bike on a fork carriage, I'm…

Does NOT look like the picture

Haven't had a chance to use it yet so can't comment on durability but I have to say I was disappointed when I received this product. The logo on the crossbar uses the American flag as a background, which I actively try to avoid. While this doesn't affect functionality, it's disappointing that the manufacturer chose to include a well-known symbol in the product without adding it to the description. ", but doesn't indicate it should be tightened no more than 8 ft. lbs. Spindle? Axle? Both…

Poorly made, only fits with conversion

Poorly made, thru-axle hardly fits, material has to be removed for installation. The body is made of welded metal with plastic inserts that determine the diameter of a suitable axle. These inserts appear to be pressed in such that their inside edges are crimped inward and restrict the passage of the axle. I had to load my new bike into a car to bring it home hundreds of miles, so I had to turn the inside edges a bit on the fly to get the axle through. Pulling back was fun. I have another…
