We sail according to my assessment.

There is nothing not to love about these puppy boat shoes, they are like your best slippers that you recommend to friends and family.

Pros
  • Very comfortable but a little loose. Well, if the laces are tight!
Cons
  • Requires frequent cleaning to maintain appearance.

Wrong size my pros and cons

As other reviews suggested ordering a size up, I followed that advice. Unfortunately they don't fit, waste of money, only buy shoes in store and not online.

Pros
  • Normally 8 fits me but it's too big so I had to exchange it for 7 which arrived the next day 🙂
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people who prefer more stylish or fashionable shoes.

The fit was too small - a size 11 felt like a size 10.

These pumps looked good but the tag on the inside (which was too small) said a size 11 wide - I usually buy Clarks and ideally take a 10.5 wide - they were very narrow and definitely didn't fit the width.

  • Walked on wet grass. The paint washed off my shoes and got into my socks.

  • A break-in period may be required for optimal comfort

Bad processing. Unsuitable for wearing.

Such a shame. Another once famous and respected British brand that went bankrupt due to lack of money and poor quality. I ordered the first pair and when they arrived, although they looked very nice and had a quality leather upper and sole, one of the holes broke when I tried them on for the first time. Replacement ordered so what? One of the loops broke while adjusting the laces before I even tried them on. I've worked on brand quality for most of my career and believe me the best way to…

Relaxed fit, made in Pakistan.

The loose fit should match the insole. Made in Pakistan as most of the shoes of this style are made there. I guess I'm paying for the Hush Puppy brand so shop around.

  • The size corresponds exactly to the size I usually ordered and fits perfectly, the tongue could be a bit thicker, otherwise great shoes.

  • Not intended for formal occasions

Came back - too loose at the back.

Looked ok when they arrived. However, they slipped a bit even with the leather laces fully tightened at the back. I've tried them indoors for a while, no better, so they're being returned. are they wide

Not for me my opinion

Nice looking shoes. It's just not as convenient as it seems. I usually wear Skechers with memory foam inserts but I liked the look of these shoes as they are said to have memory foam inserts. They were, but only on the heel, so they weren't as comfortable as the Skechers.

Size 12, rather smaller than size 11.

Size 12 is too small. I bought 2 separate pairs from different vendors and both were the same so this is a product defect. I compared the overall length to an existing pair of Dubarry size 12's and they were noticeably shorter.

Usual quality in my rating

Hi All, The shoes are of the quality and expected 1A and would definitely recommend. Turns out a bit larger, I normally wear 43, but the 42.5 fits great, e.g.

  • The shoes were worn for an hour. I wore it for a short walk and started falling off. A very bad and anything but good example

I think these could be fakes.

I think it's fake. The seam was done wrong. The first day I wore them some of the sharp stitching melted and cut deep into the back of my foot.

one size bigger! in my rating

My husband always fits a size 43, but these are very tight! We hope they grow old without socks because there is no room for socks! Apart from these good shoes, very light but not comfortable yet!
