Dry Skin Savior is good for skincare

I've always been afraid to include tonics in my daily skincare routine as in the past they stripped my skin of natural oils and dried me out even more. When Lia Yu recommended it as a nourishing toner to leave on before applying a moisturizer, I was intrigued. I'm glad I followed her recommendation because this toner has completely changed the texture of my skin and made it so soft and supple. You would never guess that my skin is very dry. I highly recommend!

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Quality

Great product moisturizes dehydrated skin

If you use the Korean method you don't need much of this toner and quite frankly you're wasting the product. I use 2 cocktails for each layer, spread between palms and work into skin. Do not let the layer dry completely before applying the next layer. The scent of Huxley products is divine, but not in the air. Hydrates perfectly, doesn't blow my mind. Nourishes the skin. My skin is normal, dehydrated and aging. I will buy this wonderful product again.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Good but not great

Decent hydrating toner

Excellent hydrating toner for layers, very light to the touch. It doesn't absorb as well as some of the other tonic essences I've tried, but it does the job.

Strong smell but works

When I first used it I judged it very severely because the smell was too perfumed and floral but I kept using it because I heard good things and I did didn't want to waste 30 money I ended up needing it, all took about 4-5 months and I can honestly say it's very moisturizing. I feel my skin becomes plump and fresh when I use skin method 7 with it. I probably won't buy it again, the smell is too intense for me, but I won't rate it badly because it has really worked wonders for my skin and my…

Gentle and Clean: Toner and Astringents

Was looking for a gentle moisturizing toner and settled on Huxley's. The scent is fresh and faint and my skin feels clean and soft after use. This will definitely remain in my routine and I recommend trying it out if you are new to hydrating toners.

This is not for me.: Face

I'm American living in South Korea so I have Korean skincare brands on hand. Skin care is my addiction. I was very excited to try Huxley products. I bought the entire Sahara line from Chicor (Korean Sephora). The first two days I used the ruler my face broke out (I'm 42 and rashes don't happen often). So I took a break. I waited for the skin to dissolve and tried again. This time I tried the line for two weeks. My skin has never looked worse. Red spots, pimples and texture. I stopped using the…

Very Soft Face in Toners & Astringents

I use this toner in at least 3 coats in my morning routine and it's amazing. It helped balance my skin, leaving it softer and hydrated throughout the day. I have active acne (almost gone) but after about 5 days of using this toner I remembered oh my cheeks have been drying out for so long with my acne I forgot I had dry skin. It has really helped me get my acne under control and find more appropriate products designed for dry skin rather than oily skin. Greasy food made me even more dehydrated…
