Works great. The handle is a bit too big for me. I don't use it for its intended purpose though, I use it to smooth icing on large cakes. It does a great job.

They sent a piece of blue steel. No handle, steel piece with 6 holes and 6 screws. Unbelievable. I have a Hyde 8 inch band knife which is great but it's just ridiculous.

I use this for smoothing frosting on puff pastry as most other baking tools have rounded edges for this purpose. But it makes absolutely perfect, smooth, professional edges. FYI - the pen will hold some water when submerged. So if you're going to give it a quick rinse between tasks, try not to get the plastic wet. Otherwise, annoying drops will spill out on your hard work!
