I only received the camera (A263), not the case (AHS263). I am sending it back and will try again to receive the item ordered.

We ordered this twice but only the tank was sent both times. From the picture and the description it looks like it comes with a sleeve and an insulated part, but that is not the case. Disappointed and ordered from REI.

I read in other reviews that they only received an insulating sleeve, my order came out exactly like the product description. It came with an insulating sleeve, a hydration chamber, and a hose that connects to the bladder. I had no trouble disconnecting the tubing from the bladder, it's tight in the receiver. I also bought an Artic insulated snorkel as it's used for snow sports and I've had no problems with it either. Very happy with my purchase so far.

I was hoping to use this reservoir on a series of long warm weather hikes. I found that inserting it into my pack's reservoir sleeve always resulted in the hose pulling off the hose tip and splashing water into my pack. I then tried using the ShapeShift inner tank without the HydraSleeve insulating layer. The same thing happened - the hose came off the notch. This happened with both the supplied insulated hose and the optional Arctic insulated hose. I bought and installed a stainless steel yoke

I really like this bubble and use it daily. It keeps the water really cold on hot days, it's strong and durable, and best of all, the water doesn't taste like drinking from a hose, which I've never experienced with water bladders. The top folds up like a dry bag and you have to fold the outer shell to fill it, which takes a little more effort than the camelback so you'll have to do this a few times before it becomes a chore.
