I read in other reviews that they only received an insulation sleeve, my order came out exactly like the product description. It came with an insulating sleeve, a hydration chamber, and a hose that connects to the bladder. I had no trouble disconnecting the tubing from the bladder, it's tight in the receiver. I also bought an Artic insulated snorkel as it's used for snow sports and I've had no problems with it either. Very happy with my purchase so far.
