Too bad the design keeps the temperature well but when I started putting it in my kid's backpack it leaked! I bought 2 and both are licking. At first I thought my kid left them a bit open but then I tried and they leak! It must be the lid that doesn't close perfectly, a pity, especially at the price, a bit annoying, otherwise I would have given it 5!

I own 6 months. Usage is normal and for water only. It was completely empty in my pocket when my toddler turned it upside down and tipped it to the side when full. Today I finally noticed that the wide spout is missing a tiny piece of silicone. I hand wash it with hot water but it doesn't soak. Disappointed that I paid a lot of money for this only to have the cap replaced after 6 months! We have other hydroflasks that didn't have this problem and held hot beverages.

I'm not impressed, especially considering the price. A lot of my friends have this for their toddlers and my toddler preferred cold water so I decided to give it a try. It does an excellent job of keeping water ice cold (like most metal water bottles) and seems light enough for my son to drink. It's not airtight unless it's closed. This is AWESOME! We have an adult (large) version that weighs 32 ounces. Likewise. We really liked ours and have tried at least 6 different brands of baby water bottles. It finally all leaked out. I KNOW they will last for years. Like our big ones. So yes, it comes at a high price, but it will save you money in the long run.
