This is my biggest purchase regret this year and probably in the last 5 years. The description says it's not airtight, but it's more than a leak, it just pours out everywhere, even with the spout closed. If you carry it in your arms and run (like a child, for example), water will be everywhere. In addition, it is NOT durable. The paint has already peeled off! We got it in June this year and it's September now, we've had it for about 3 months. Being a product designed for children and for storing liquids, it has serious drawbacks and the price is absurd. I have Walmart's Thermos Brand stainless steel baby water bottles with lids that we've had for years and have never leaked at school, camping, or the beach. . . They cost 10-15 dollars. Don't buy this just because your favorite social media moms have them for their kids. 1 star because you must select at least one. Is kind of easy to clean.
