I like that the water is kept cold. I was disappointed that the product details said it was a 3 liter water reservoir when in fact it was a 2 liter water reservoir.

I love this set! It looks good, is waterproof and comfortable to wear. Great storage for layers, sunglasses, sunscreen, cage and snacks. The system was easy to fill and the water stayed cold to the last drop.

Great packaging but too big for what I need. I wish they had made a smaller version that keeps the water very cold and the same geometry of the bladder and air cooling bands, but it's too big for my small trips.

Excellent hydrator! The position of the tank allowed for a lower center of gravity, and I hardly noticed it was there. I live in the desert, and thanks to the external vents, the pack wasn't on my back and I was cooler. The neoprene sleeve and lined pocket kept the water cold while riding. A must for mountain bikers!

I like the quality and assembly of this backpack. Initially I was afraid to spend that much on a backpack from a water bottle manufacturer as my experience with backpacks has always been with a reputable brand like Osprey.
