I actually called the Hydroflask company after using them. The lid of this particular coffee pot is dangerous. When I twisted it to open it, hot coffee splashed in my face every time. The company only replaced the cover.

After only a few weeks the lid broke and was always very difficult to unscrew. Due to arthritis in my hands, I had to ask my husband to unscrew the lid and even he struggled. I ordered another lid in hopes of saving on using this vacuum mug. Keeps the coffee hot for a long time.
