Hydrotech 41400008 41400009 Replacement Cartridge: Quality filtration for improved performance Review

Tried to get a set of three. which I did but the 3 I needed included another one so I now have 2 extras to match against the ones I need for the set.

Not a quick reseller, I've been buying them for years. In this batch we had many gallons/tanks of silt. We usually get a few grains, this water was black and unusable for a few days.

These are not Hydrotech replacement filters! These are compatible filters. This is rubbish and a waste of money. Thanks to them, my RO is not happy at all. I do not recommend them!

I have changed my filters about every nine months - depending on usage. These filters always work well. It's a bit of a post-processing process with some water leakage during installation, but a few towels will take care of that. Have been using the same reverse osmosis filtration system for over 20 years.

I thought these were the same filters I've been buying for years but something went wrong. The water came out dark gray for the first 10 minutes, then turned to yellow urine for another 20 minutes or so until I emptied the holding tank twice. The water is finally clear, but it tastes terrible.

I've been buying replacement filters through Revain for years. I decided to buy it again so it could be the brand I bought before. However, this set was useless. Hydrotech reverse osmosis system installed since 1997. We have pretty decent city water here, but sometimes the chlorine level is too high for my liking. Communities in my area should have a residual free chlorine level of 0.02mg/L at the far end of the supply line, so it's not uncommon to see levels much higher than in our home (though not as bad as in a Swimming pool). . ). Activated carbon pre- and post-filters do an excellent job of removing CL2 (sodium hypochlorite, also known as "bleach”)

Finally found a suitable source for these filters. The original water treatment company that installed my I/O filtration system at a very high cost thought they should keep banging every time I needed filters. A water treatment company that provided inexpensive filters closed when the owner retired. The only problem was confirming that these are the correct filters for my Hydrotech built system.
