💦 Waterpik WP-100, WP-900 Replacement Kit for Ultra Water Flosser - Oral Hygiene Accessories Pack with 1 Handle/Hose Review

They were purchased to replace two broken handle/tube assemblies on two different WaterPik units. In both cases, despite following all written instructions and additional information provided by WaterPik's customer service team, these builds did not work. I only bought these items from Revain because WaterPik was out of stock. Too bad I didn't return these two items before the deadline.

Fits my Waterpik and works but the quality isn't as good as the original. The knurled thumb ring is difficult to twist, making it difficult to direct the stream of water into your mouth. The pipe was twisted in several places, restricting the flow of water. It didn't deliver as stable and powerful a jet of water as the original. I removed some of the creases with heat which helped, but it's still not as good as the original. Rather spend a few euros more, get better quality.

The driver wrote that the goods were handed over to the buyer. Had not! I found him on my doorstep later that day. As I used it, I found that the pressure dropped significantly compared to the original and the replacement I bought a few years ago. I am dissatisfied and may need to buy another one from another seller.

My irrigation tube broke after a few years but the rest of the unit worked like new. So instead of swapping out the entire unit for a few bucks, I just swapped out the hose and grip. There is an on/off switch on the original handle. This slider is always on unless you are holding down the button. Worse, the stylus doesn't fit the device well. Hey, great that I didn't have to throw the baby out with the bath water, but for heaven's sake why not make the replacement part more holistic?

You will be surprised how much dirt and mold collects in the body/brush. Exposure to water and air is the culprit, but there's no other way to deal with it than soaking it in a good detergent from time to time. I took mine apart when the water button didn't work and was mad at the black stuff that had been building up inside since we got it a long time ago.
