Got this for my MIL who is hesitant about all the "technical" things. She was able to connect and connect to the WiFi herself. This is an easy to use app. The only thing I don't like about the app is that you can't see the pictures that other people add to the frame. This results in duplicate images being added. In addition, the image quality of the frames is top-notch. I would definitely recommend this product to other family members or friends. Great price doesn't negate the quality.
