Great tool that improves efficiency and reduces costs

We use hyllo for our customer service team, allowing them to interact with customers in an efficient manner by reducing call times as well increasing satisfaction from both sides of communication - which leads directly back onto more sales! The main problem we have faced so far has been lack of training resources but this issue can be resolved easily through additional coaching sessions (and maybe some free time). Hyllo does exactly WHAT IT SAYS AND MORE

The best thing about hyllo is its ability to bring in new clients for you, so it's hard to dislike something! Not much at all. It would be nice if there were more customizable features within the application itself. If I could make more of my own filters, etc., it would help me out even further with this tool. As far as using this product goes, overall hyllo has been beneficial to our company. We are able to target ads towards potential customers who have shown an interest in what we offer…
