I got this comforter for my weighted comforter. I appreciate that it has lots of drawstrings and feels durable, but the fabric is quite rough! It's decent enough for what I paid, but I'd probably be a little disappointed if it wasn't on sale.

I purchased a weighted blanket with this matching cover. The bedspread should reduce the number of erasures of the blanket. The cover has drawstrings that require patience to thread through the corresponding loops on the duvet. Everything has to be lined up exactly to fit the blanket into the sleeve. The cover only slightly pulls the edges of the quilt to the edges of the cover.

I like the blanket itself, but my daughter (diagnosed with MCAS) has a reaction to this supposedly pure cotton blanket, even after many washes and airings on the street. There are some suspicious fibers or chemical coatings that won't wash off. I trust her. Thank god she doesn't react to the blanket and it helped her a lot.
