Works as advertised. I could really use a size bigger, but they don't fall out and allow me to hear my surroundings in the same ear as my radio.

I use this with my lavalier mic at work (PD) and love the ability to hear in both ears to see the situation better than other headphone designs. It also allows important broadcasts to be heard over the chaos of people talking or screaming. Something this cheap can actually save your life.

idk when they need to be that quiet or when they need to be louder. They are very comfortable and you can hear everything around you. I'm a vet and have hearing problems, maybe it's just me, but I use it with my good ear.
