I bought size 11-13 for my child who wears size 5.5 "big kid” shoes. They fit well but don't take much extra room. One pair had a hole in the heel the first wash, the rest lasted a few months. They were pretty cheap for so many pairs so I still think they're decent quality for the price. There is nothing to complain about in terms of comfort. I like that they are mainly cotton. The thickness is what I expected from such a sock.

My 7 year old changed 3 out of 6 pairs in just a few months. He doesn't wear them the whole time (maybe less than 10 times) before they pierce his butt. At the same time I bought him other socks and they held up where these weren't. So there seems to be a durability issue with the weave of the fabric on them. And of course, because they are different colors, if one sock cannot be worn, the other cannot be used without mismatch. I wouldn't buy them again.

These socks fit my son perfectly. What I like is that the top band isn't too tight like some sock brands. The strap has good stretch and no loose threads to pull out after stretching or washing. They are soft and comfortable, not scratchy at all. They're big enough to wear with winter boots but not up to my son's knees so that's great.
