I am not one bit satisfied with this product. When I put the case on it didn't fit my charger and it was so tight my husband had to CUT it off. It's a solid product and it's a nightmare to throw away your AirPods because you're embarrassed to cut them off. I will not buy from this brand again and do not encourage you to purchase this product if you intend to charge your AirPods or ever take them out of a case. Nice case but useless now that I had to cut it off.

Lovely case and I was so excited when I received it in the mail. I immediately wanted to put my AirPods in and now I can't get them out - they're stuck and will never come out. I love this case! Super cute and stylish! Let me clarify a few things: 1. This case is not difficult to close. The appraiser, finding the case difficult to close, turned the case over. The metal piece on the back of the AirPods must be visible with the case.2. The case is difficult to remove, but your AirPods won't get stuck. First I put the product on wrong I put it on by mistake and had a hard time opening the top that kept moving up and the AirPods kept popping out of the case after I found out had what problem was i flipped the case and it works great. Many people in the reviews say that you need to remove the top. Try turning the case over. In the images above you can see the back of the bookshelf. The key ring on the right back should show the metal part of the actual AirPod case with the hinged door.
