I have tried to get support from the company and all they can offer is try to update the drivers which they force me to do although it requires a lot of work in IT and I'm not an IT professional. For example, rebooting into safe mode, running programs, etc. I suspect the problem is with the hardware and it stops prematurely. If it's a driver issue, I have to ask why it was sent to me without the correct drivers, or why none of the suggested fixes worked. The keyboard also loses a lot of color…

I bought this to upgrade to 32GB RAM and it exports my Adobe videos much faster which is good. However, the included WIFI adapter is seriously flawed, which is bad. My previous computer had no problems, but this one keeps disconnecting from the internet and the connection is unreliable. Whoever their WIFI antenna supplier was, they clearly got the bad guy.

I bought this system to meet my needs for my hobbies, graduation work and for fun. Hence, this setup is used for various tasks like audio-video production, photo editing, data analysis and modeling, GIS and some games. My previous rig was in the same price range as this one, but it was released in 2014. This is a significant update. When I'm working, I spend significantly less time waiting for something to happen. The PC was assembled from inferior parts. The power supply was not Corsair or Fractal but an unknown brand. NVME wasn't Samsung or Kingston, it was another unknown brand. The fans weren't NZXT or any other well-known brand. I had real problems with the motherboard, it's limited to 2 RAM slots, when I build gaming PCs I at least get boards with 4-8 slots, which limits how much RAM you can use.
