🔥 Impressive Opals: Fire Opal by ICE Resin Review

I was hoping to use it as glitter on a coloring book page for dragon scales for example, but this material is not flat. These are small, irregularly shaped scales that appear twisted, rough, and vicious. It might look great in another project but I don't know if it will ever look like colorful dragon scales! Maybe I can control the effect by mixing it with thick clear glue but who knows.

Basically it's just holographic glitter which isn't exactly what I was looking for as I wanted to add texture to an art project. The glitter colors are beautiful and I'll keep them to myself, but I was expecting them to be more like the texture of broken glass or marble. If all you want is glitter, that's fine. This product does not contain an opal, although for the price of a container of this size I was already expecting this.

I love this fire opal, it looks wonderful and all my creations look amazing. I love the colors I get with it. Depending on the part I'm doing I have to say it's a bit heavy so it sinks to the bottom of what you're doing. However, if you let your resin thicken a bit before pouring it into the mold, it will gradually sink to the bottom, compared to freshly poured resin, where everything settles closer to the bottom.
