The best thing about this product is that it has many features and can be used in multiple ways. It's easy to use, so anyone who knows how to use Excel can also work with Ice Scrum. I do not like having to download additional files or programs when using Ice Scrum. There are some things you cannot add directly from within the program itself. iceScrum allows us to track our sprints and has helped us to visualize our progress in terms of velocity and burndown charts. It is very easy to use with simple drag-and-drop features which allow you to work seamlessly without having to learn too many new things. The UI could be improved as it is not very user friendly.
