The best thing about this product is that it has many features and can be used in multiple ways. It's easy to use, so anyone who knows how to use Excel can also work with Ice Scrum. I do not like having to download additional files or programs when using Ice Scrum. There are some things you cannot add directly from within the program itself. You need to go through another file first before adding them into your project plan. This makes everything more complicated than necessary. If you want a simple way of managing all aspects of your projects, then Ice Scrum will help you achieve that goal. We have been able to manage our tasks easily and efficiently by using Ice Scrum. Also, we were able to keep track of time spent working on each task as well as reporting progress at regular intervals.
