I ordered Medium for my 26lb Frenchie. It fits well. The zip is a bit difficult to close with a squirming dog, but overall it's a good warm jacket and waterproof.

We have a 40 lb French Bulldog and this is one of our favorite coats! The zip option is convenient in that we can easily leave it open around the neck. We have tried many coats and this is designed for the bulldog body style.

I have a 30 and 35 pound French Bulldog. The jackets fit well on their broad chests. They are easy to put on if the pup doesn't move around too much. If it moves I can't close the zipper. I've washed and dried them many times and they hold up great.

I was concerned that the strap might not fit, but everything fits perfectly. It's the only piece of clothing my Frenchie doesn't hate. He doesn't usually hate anything with buttons or velcro. And always tries to rub against the furniture, tries to rip it off. It just slips over his head and easily goes through his hands. And he didn't try to remove it. It's so cute and I think he looks good in it.

Designed to be worn on the OUTSIDE to keep the dog warm, deserves a solid "F" rating. This vest 'was' cute and fit well (xl) and he liked it, but then he went outside and came in ten minutes later with a break. Inside is the thinnest layer of polyester batting I've ever seen in Chinese trash sold at Family Dollar and Walmart. The fabric is equivalent to a sheet of 180 thread count, VERY fragile/thin.
