Putting it away is easy if you watch the tutorial video and practice a few times. Disregard their paper instructions for putting it away because they're completely unhelpful. I had purchased a different shade tent, and could not get it to close up. In fact I brought it to a group of friends to have a team building exercise, no one could get it to go down, so I returned it and purchased this one, it took a little bit to get the hang of putting it down but it is much sturdier and now that I know how to close it I love it.

Works great! Very compact, light weight and very easy to put up! Provides good shade with good ventilation for a child plus an adult with no problem. A little tricky to learn how to fold it back up but there are lots of YouTube videos to watch to learn how. Do take time to do that before you take it to the beach! Much easier to learn in your living room. Well worth the price!

I want to love it. But it just blows over in the wind. And at the beach it's ALWAYS windy. I talked my husband into buying it for our six month old but honestly I wish we would have gotten a more sturdy one. It just blows into us when we're sitting on the beach. It's also difficult to fold until you get the hang of it.

I hate this tent. We never even got to use it bc it's impossible to fit back in its carrier. I had 6 people try. We finally got it in and stored it for the winter. We went to take it out and now it's deformed and won't stand. This thing sucks

I hate giving poor reviews, but this product was super frustrating. It is not well made. First, I tried to use the tiny pegs that came with it to hold in the sand at the beach and they just slipped right through the loops. They are way too small for the loops provided and not nearly long enough to stick into the sand to hold anything. This is big! It folds up very small, but has a pretty big footprint and is quite tall. I ended up getting a smaller one for park outings.

Love this, light weight! 4 stars ony because you do need to weight down the corners pretty well in the sand and it can be a little confusing to close. But after a try or two (every time!) you get it. This beach cabana is exactly what I was hoping it would be. It is large enough to sit two people side by side with elbow room between them. And it is deep enough to allow us to be fully shaded and hold a cooler and necessities. You might even get 4 people in it if you really wanted to. We went to the beach in NY on a windy day! Regret it as soon as we popped it open. It was so hard to put it back into the Round shape. It was frustrating but overall it’s a nice tent! Would definitely buy again.
