My setup is a PoE+ injector "GeeekPi USB-C PoE Splitter Gigabit" connected to a Cat6 Ethernet cable (approx. 10 meters). The router is used to extend the WiFi range and connect the TV box to the Internet mainly for online broadcasting. This setup has been running 24/7 with no issues for 2 months now. No performance loss, not a single day. There is no RPM drop, the RPM is the same at both points (injector and splitter). Excellent picture quality without connection problems. So it seems to me…

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Very expensive

Works great with Ubiquiti/Unifi AC-Pro AP

The new version of Unifi AC-Pro AP does not come with POE injectors. Since I didn't want to pay a lot of money for a Unifi POE switch, I needed local POE injectors. I would have ordered special Unifi POE nozzles but they were out of stock. Luckily this device worked well for a lot less money and I get a gigabit connection. I have also used a pair of iCreatin 48V/19W wall wart style POE injectors and they have worked well too. I hope to be able to say the same in a few months!

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • boring packaging

Great PoE/PoE+ injector when you need PoE/PoE+ for your phone or access point but your switch, firewall or router doesn't have it have budget performance or lack 802.3AT/AF functionality. I've bought several units and they work great. I replaced it with a PoE switch but that has nothing to do with the quality or my satisfaction with this product, just wanted to tidy up the cables and consolidate the equipment. Would buy again without hesitation.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Something's wrong

Provides full performance for Ruckus R850 and R710 APs

Provides full performance for all features of Ruckus R850 and R710 APs. I've tried several other PoE injectors to power two Ruckus Wi-Fi hotspots, but the hotspots still weren't powerful enough. I bought this 90w iCreatin and a similar 60w model and both the 90w and 60w models offer the full power of the Ruckus APs. The delivery was insanely fast. I've only had the products for a day so I can't comment on reliability or durability but if this is an issue I will update the review.

Pros
  • Rugged finish
Cons
  • to matte
