Tech support was great, scans fast, highly recommend.

Mandatory if you sell alcohol or tobacco products. Scans very quickly and accurately. If you use it for a tablet, remember that it must be a Windows operating system. Overall a great product. Highly recommended.!

Great system. Ease of installation. Fantastic tech support

Received it today. I spoke to Mike at Tech Support and he was friendly, helpful and made the installation easy! The Idetect system is easy to use and takes about 10 minutes to set up. I've been scanning licenses all day, no problems. I would buy this again in a heartbeat!

Excellent customer service

I ordered this product to register for farmland auctions. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that iDetect is always available to point out the software for your needs or to help you figure out how best to use their software for your needs. I had several issues with the software after my first use. I found that for some reason I called iDetect customer service, they were quick to help and very knowledgeable. I can't say enough about iDetect's customer service! Very helpful and nice.

Shoplifting Prevention

Due to the mask requirement, we have had grab-and-run shoplifting issues in some of our stores. The perpetrators knew they would be difficult to identify, especially if they were wearing sunglasses or a hoodie. I've had this setup running at the front door of a nightclub for about a month now, wanted to wait a bit before leaving a review.
