The most powerful chip card reader I have ever used. I travel extensively and am in the Navy Reserve. I needed a reliable and self-sufficient card (ie one that installs its own drivers). This card ticks all the boxes. It feels solid and works flawlessly. Within 10 minutes of opening the package, I was online on all CAC restricted websites with my CAC enabled DoD certificate.
