I got them for my son and he loves them! He is thin and tall for his 8 years. They're a bit too big for him. We had to tie them so tight that I could almost not untie them. Good quality, washes well, just like the photo, just be aware they are large.

These board shorts are comfy and cool for a teen. It is better to wear them in the pool as the white stain on them is definitely left from the lake.

My son loves this. He usually looks like a 6-8 in clothes. I order size 8 BC. I know swimwear runs small. My son is 6 years old and he is good for his age. He's also very thin. I was concerned before they arrived that I had ordered a large one. But they fit perfectly! Now if I were to buy his swim shorts at Walmart I would probably have to go a size up or down. This swimsuit looks great on my baby and is very comfortable. However, my child is eight years old and is in the 90th percentile for both height and weight. He's not fat, but we buy him a size 10 husky because he's quite muscular, with big legs and hips. We ordered this swimsuit in size 12 and it fits him perfectly (not too long and fits his stomach, hips etc.). Reading other reviews I was worried that size 10 wouldn't fit him so I ordered size 12. , and luckily it's the right size.

Absolutely perfect! We have a very picky son who always wants comfort and fashion. I guess it's not tasteless because we're all like that!? Warning, unfortunately, the zipper drawstring can stretch and it's hell trying to thread it back through the tight and elastic waist belt!
