Excellent Customer Service And Very Easy To Use CRM

Idka is very easy to use, and has some of the best customer support you can get anywhere in the industry. Their pricing structure is not too bad either! I had no issues working with them at all. They are great to work with and the customer service is outstanding as well! I have used other CRMs before, but none have been this easy to use from start to finish. I highly recommend using idka. Easy to use for our staff and clients alike!

I like that it is so easy to use for our staff, my team can keep up with their work from anywhere in the world! The design of this app was also very user friendly which made working out easier than other apps we have used before as well. Not much at all - there are not many features available yet but i am sure they will be added soon enough or developed by them themselves if needed :) We do mostly sales calls where people respond differently depending upon time zones etc., sometimes you need…

  • It works fine even while connected remotely through WiFi/ 3G network connection.No lagging issues whatsoever !!!

  • Few more icons (like those related security checks & verification) would help ease users understanding.
