This female wire harness was adapted to my 2014 male F-250 fog light wire harness and then crimped the pigtails to the pigtails of my LED fog light. This kept me from having to cut the stock wiring harness on the truck to free up a few pigtails on the truck to crimp my fog light pigtails. If I want I can reinstall my stock fog lights through the male and female harness connection as I didn't have to cut the original male harness.

I used this to repair the low beam bulb socket on my Equinox; it took about 20 minutes. For some reason one of the knife bushings on the fork turned black and stopped working, leaving me with only one working low beam. It was a quick fix: the old socket was cut off as close to the bulb as possible and the new one was crimped in place. I put in a new bulb and now both low beams work; The dealer charged $150 to replace the outlet.

I installed one of these on my 2006 Toyota Matrix about 3 months ago as the stock headlight connector had a blown terminal and it only turned on about 20% of the time. . All in all, I did a very mediocre soldering job: I soldered the ends together poorly, taped the points together a bit, and then used heat shrink tubing around the connections to tighten everything up. So far there have been no problems!

I like that it is well finished, great thickness for amplifiers needed for LED bulbs. Great if you need to upgrade the projector bulbs in your 2015 Veloster h11b turbo headlights. Since I couldn't find any suitable bulbs, I decided to order H11 pigtails in order not to affect the quality of the bulbs. I order some beamtech H11 bulbs which have an amazing light pattern and a very bright white rather than the yellowish or bluish perfect white of the new Audi headlights.
