Despite following the washing instructions, the hood ripped completely during the first wash! We'll send it back and hope for a full refund. We wonder if we're unlucky and should get a new one or look for something else.

This jacket was washed for the 2nd time and the hood was torn inside. I recommend washing with a zip and in a bag for delicate fabrics. We sewed it and we hope that it will serve us for a long time. Loved it otherwise. Slim fit jacket that slips easily over long sleeve shirts. Ideal for rainy, windy and/or cold days. The imprint was the same as in the photo and I liked the compass.

Bought size 5 for my very average size 4.5 year old. It's obsessed with a sleeve compass but more importantly to me fantastic quality. Hood with zip as a bonus. We bought to explore Washington's Olympic National Park and it held up well to the daily drizzle. It's too thick for a hot summer day and too thin for a true winter/snowy day, but perfect for spring and fall. The blue/green camouflage is bright!
