Amazing espresso every time, very easy to use and heats up fairly quickly. It's a bit noisy and using the pod for each shot feels a little wasteful, but it's worth it for the sake of convenience. Definitely recommend the intense mix! Only criticism is that it leaks at the bottom. I have to regularly clean the tub which is supposed to catch liquid but also underneath where there shouldn't be that much liquid so definitely something is spilled.

When I ordered the machine, I didn't realize that it was a capsule machine and that illy really hated the environment. Now that I have a car I have to choose between expensive disposable pods or try my luck with a mixed review stainless steel refillable pod (extra cost and part). Until now, the buying process has been a huge problem. Once I have the pod, I can finally have a cup of coffee IF the pod fits. Otherwise I will repackage and return both items and still not have coffee. Crossed…

Absolutely amazing with flawless performance! Consistent espresso quality cup after cup. I make cappuccino mocha with espresso. The machine is great and easy to use with almost no chance of error. If you like big cravings, buy Lungo Medium Roast Capsules. The only possible downside is that the tank is a bit difficult to pull out, but I manage it by grabbing it by the edges, which doesn't get in the way at all. I highly recommend this wonderful car. Easy to use, perfect espresso every time. The capsule system works great and makes using ground espresso easier. This comes at the cost of less control over the brewing process and less choice of individual coffees you have with ground espresso, and potentially an increase in the cost of a cup. Again, the pod machine performed as well or better than the ground espresso machine in a head-to-head comparison, and was more consistent and less messy.
