    Exploding coffee - drinks

    product arrived in the morning, later in the day I opened it to make espresso. When I pulled the tab on the lid, the coffee came out of the jar. Coffee powder was everywhere and it scared everyone in the room. Beware!

    Good packaging, no explosion

    Very good packaging. Instructions for opening are on the lid. If you follow the instructions I assure you there will be no explosion or chaos. For me the taste is not bad. The grounds are fine and good for an espresso machine.

    So Illy changed his ground coffee to a darker roast. When it was in a glass with a black stripe and only said "espresso ground coffee" instead of Intenso, it was the best coffee. At first I thought they were just a rebrand but the quality of their product has gone down. Not happy, I miss their old dark roast espresso.

    Content under pressure.

    Wow, good luck. Thank god my wife was wounded and only shot a little bit in the nose and a little bit in the eyes because she was wearing glasses. The woman went to remove the filling and it exploded everywhere. And when I say everywhere, I mean it. He shot her in the nose and in the eyes. 1/4 to 1/2 can of espresso was lost on it and all over the kitchen. I heard it explode 4 rooms away.

    It's made in Italy so of course it's good ;)

    My husband prefers deep roasts and this is definitely his favorite dish. It's pricey, but after trying several different espressos, I have to say that this one is the best "packaged" and tastes the best. We have tried all major brands and nothing compares. I told my husband it's because it's made in Italy and Italians make everything better haha.     The coffee is delicious

    The coffee is excellent. I have ground/espresso. But opening the canister required two people, at least one muscled, a screwdriver, and large scissors. Two of us couldn't get the sealed lid off no matter how hard we tried. My husband ended up completely breaking the tongue on his finger. So he grabbed a screwdriver to force it into the small hole he reached. It didn't work very well, but it increased the small aperture a bit. Having exclusively used another Italian brand starting with L Creme é Gusto to make lattes for the past two and a half years, I decided to try Illy for the first time as all the rave reviews raised the bar. .     It's true what they say. The pre-ground starts to lose flavor after two weeks, which is what I bought. When I first opened the can, I didn't expect it to "explode". It's not as bad as it seems.
