When I tried this product for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the espresso it produced. The stainless steel design is sleek and fits perfectly in my Home and Kitchen. It is also very easy to clean. The only downside is that it takes a bit longer to brew than my automatic machine, but the taste is worth the wait. It is made from durable stainless steel and has a very solid construction. The infusion is stable and effective. I used 7.2 grams of coffee and 55-65 ml of water. What's Included: One moka pot - stainless steel base, lid, basket and strainer Two gaskets Two sets of instructions All stainless steel parts - base, lid, basket and strainer The gasket dangles slightly around the strainer (inside diameter) - leaving 1-2 mm free space.
