Great experience and very professional customer services

I like that it's easy to use, has many templates for different purposes (including automated emails), allows you customize your own template with variables etc., great support team - they helped me solve my issues quickly! It could be more intuitive when creating campaigns; sometimes there are errors while sending or receiving messages which makes tracking down what went wrong difficult at times- but this may just have been because of how new we were using their service as opposed solving…
