I bought this for my class. I try very hard not to spend exorbitant amounts of money on my class so I took a chance on what that had Proper connections and a good price I should have known better - it didn't work I wanted to return it but the return was pretty much the same as the product in the first place I guess the saying goes you get what You Pay Don't waste your precious time and hard-earned money and buy something better.

The connection is not good enough to receive the signal. So cheap I won't waste time returning it or bothering anyone, but as it seems to be an electronics day issue today I thought I'd check it out. I've never managed to properly dock it with my hardware and the little cogs are fake. This cable is scrap and was sent back immediately! The photo is NOT what was sent to me. That's why I chose it because it looks the same as my original cable that came with my monitor. The picture shows the symbol on the blue part with a square in another and silver metal connectors. The one they sent me has no such symbol, the metal connectors are "gold", the pins are screwed all the way, and one pin is smooth and unthreaded!
