I have returned my product. I don't know if I received a refund. Every aspect of this product was inferior. Hardly thickens. Description is overrated. It's garbage.

Very convenient to use. It works as described. Seals non-standard laminate panels. Next time I'll try it in my lunch bags. So far very happy with the quality for the price.

Bought in August, unused until almost September. After 60 uses it started leaving burn marks on my packaging. My husband replaced some parts yesterday and they failed today. I'm not happy with that.

A while back I bought 2 rolls of stuff to use in my FoodSaver machine. They didn't work because the edges were too folded to fit in the car. I used the Impulse Sealer to make the pouches. It will be great for leftovers. I also used a Cheetos wrapping machine which worked great too.

I purchased this item to seal mylar bags for long term food storage but when I tried to seal the bag the machine stalled briefly trying to seal it properly. Now if you want to use it to seal or reseal plastic bags, it's great for that type of product.

***UPDATE I had to send the machine back for a replacement too. This product melted after a few minutes of use. The rubber part is completely worn out. This product is cheap. The material burns and sometimes melts my nylon bags. It's not consistent at all. I watched all the videos on YouTube that were there. I'm doing it right I had to order a machine from another manufacturer. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU WANT A QUALITY PRINT FOR SOMETHING BUT PAPER.

I was able to melt over 500 bags for my project with this machine! I don't understand the bad reviews as I could really use it. I suggest increasing the heat to 1 or 2 at the beginning of a project as you don't need a lot of heat to work! Here's my advice: if the plastic melts and breaks, twist it too hard. The temperature is correct when the plastic simply sticks to another part without cracking. Wonderful!

I love how cheap it was in comparison, but let me tell you that it feels as cheap as it costs. However, it works. I've looked at around 200-250 bags and it still works just like bag #1. The only thing I really don't like about it is the activation point. The heating element turns on at a certain point when the lever is lowered to squeeze the bag to be sealed. This one seems to turn on about 1 inch from closed, so you'll need to close it quickly for it to work. It takes a little getting used to,
