***UPDATE I had to send the machine back for a replacement too. This product melted after a few minutes of use. The rubber part is completely worn out. This product is cheap. The material burns and sometimes melts my nylon bags. It's not consistent at all. I watched all the videos on YouTube that were there. I'm doing it right I had to order a machine from another manufacturer. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU WANT A QUALITY PRINT FOR SOMETHING BUT PAPER.
