Right out of the box, the handle screw was loose. I'd say it's ok if I could tighten them up and move on. But not only was the screw loosened, the design of the bushing that holds the knob in place is very thin aluminum with some chrome plating, at least that's what it looked like. The handle only moves from side to side and has ZERO stability. I ended up putting it back in the box and mailing it back.

I've been looking for a good pancake maker for a long time and here it is. With a pancake spatula I can make good pancakes every time (expect the first ones)! For some reason lol the first pancake has to be tossed in the pan. After that, everything comes out exactly how I want it. It is easy to wash this pan only by hand without a dishwasher. Wash and dry once it cools and it's ready for the next batch.

I did a lot of research and was so excited to get this. It arrived quickly (hooray!) but after opening the box I was quickly very disappointed. At one point on the hob there were several sharp bumps that immediately indicated a bad coating. I could even leave it and just try it, BUT. I have a lid, there's one for another skillet - a real 12" and I was going to use it on this one. NO! It's less than an 11 3/4 so it didn't help. I'm sending it back for one right away Refund.
