Disappointing Convertible Laptop Backpack

As a result of using this product, I found that the backpack was very rigid and uncomfortable especially when carrying my laptop. The backpack seemed to work better as luggage, as it was more spacious than most backpacks .However, it was still difficult to access my belongings when in backpack mode..

Really looks like a good briefcase!

My first thought was to buy the Bellroy Transit work pack. However, for some reason, they discontinued the black and charcoal colors. I bought the Incase Two-Way backpack/briefcase instead and I love it. I'm still curious and would like to compare them as I can't say Workpack is any more comfortable (if two-sided is comfortable enough).
