Inche Width Black White Hook Sewing Review

I used this on some seat cushion covers I made for our caravan. When I sewed it on it started tearing at the sides and I could see that with use it would just unravel from the seam. I had to zig zag both sides of each piece of tape to keep it from fraying, which was a lot of work! I would have sent it back but when I found the problem I had already cut pieces. I would recommend spending a little more on branded items and will definitely do so next time.

Strange as it may sound, this material has almost too much grip. It's much "stronger" than expected. It takes a lot of effort to separate the two halves once they're glued together, and I ended up having to redo my project to just use a few two-inch sections instead of the foot-long strips I originally sewed on. Not the product's fault, but I think they could explain better what exactly they meant by "premium". I'm glad I have this stuff, but I'll be a lot more frugal with future projects.

Wow, I have to do a lot of things to use all of this! My mind is floating with all the possibilities for this. I am currently using it to make a Halloween costume for my 6 year old. Of course more than I need to finish it and it's pretty handy right now. So far I could sew the soft side onto a fleece with my sewing machine. I hope this works with the rough side too. Of course, I have no idea how long my needle will last. It was quite difficult to get the pin into place, but I found it helpful…
