The Incident Management application is tailored perfectly to the needs of oil companies. The application allows simple registration of incidents on equipment level with a guided process that reduces the amount of mistakes in the registration process to a minimum.
Partners of service stations can use this application to report incidents that occur on their service station. The technical expert of the service station company can now forward the incident to the responsible service provider of the affected asset.
After the service providers feedback, the partner is able to close the ticket. At any time the partner and the technical expert can add comments to the ticket.
