Incipio iPod Nano 5G Black Silicone dermaSHOT Case Review

Overall I was pleased with my purchase. Its slim design makes my iPod look cute. The only problem is that the rubber started to delaminate shortly after purchase. You can blame me or you can blame the rubber. otherwise it's great.

This is a very well designed case. That's nice and fits better. The screen protector and connector cover also fit perfectly. You also get a cleaning cloth and a cute little stand for watching videos. I definitely recommend it.

After the iPod Nano 5g was released, cases were not available for the first week or two. Leave my Nano unprotected. After searching and searching I found Incipio dermaShot and realized they had what I needed. The only downside was that the color choices at the time were very limited to the color choices available on the iPod Nano. The construction, fit and texture were top notch. It was a great purchase.

I didn't want to pay $25 for a nano case, so I went with this inexpensive protective case instead. It does the job well enough. It comes with a plastic screen protector and a bottom port cover, which should be attached to the main case as I guarantee you'll lose it pretty soon. The protective plastic film does not stick to the edges. What confuses me the most is that the silicone case attracts dirt! It attracts lint and dust and is difficult to clean. Considering the price of this case, I was expecting a bit more. The silicone case itself is basically the same as any other inexpensive silicone case. The case has no built-in screen protector, camera lens, or dial, although it does come with a cheap plastic protective sticker. There is a cutout for the lock switch on the top of the case, which is a nice touch. And the bottom gives you full access to the headphone jack and iPod connector. The Incipio dermaSHOT case itself is very beautiful, well fitting, thin and light. It fully covers the iPod Nano including the top and bottom except for screen cutouts and access to controls etc. The only issue I had was the screen protector.
