Digital protractor

Delivered quickly, 2 days, batteries installed and tested, works great, the only drawback (which is not so much) is that the magnets could be stronger, but everything sticks, what i tried, so i am very satisfied, thanks!

Pros
  • Very good price-performance ratio
Cons
  • Suitable for

Accurate and reproducible for the price.

There is another one that is 2/3 cheaper and at least 5 times worse in repeatability. I really like it, when you turn it on it's already reset. It has a good weight and premium feel. I bought another one.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • I will add later

Good for basic mechanical work, one-piece extruded aluminum body

One-piece extruded aluminum body, nearly correct resolution and accuracy for basic machining settings - if you need more precision get a sine bar and calibration blocks. It's damn big, it feels like the size of a mid-90's cordless phone in my hands. One catch - there is a screw on the battery cover. I took it to my lathe already leveled with a Starrett 98-6 precision level and this showed 0.00 degrees out of the box. However, I wouldn't recommend using this to level a lathe unless that's all…

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Minor issues

Accuracy and versatility for car and home

Bought to fit air springs in my car. The dealer fitted air springs were destroyed (after warranty of course) as they were fitted incorrectly and rubbed against the shock absorber. The manufacturer's instructions clearly state to raise the wheel assembly until "the rear axle is -1.2 degrees" and then tighten the mounting bolts. I used this tool to position the axle exactly to specification and followed the manufacturer's instructions. Surprisingly, the air springs and dampers have good ground…

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Zero

Too sensitive for my use.

too sensitive the slightest movement will be triggered when trying to get readings unless you place it on a hard unmoving surface, I have tried using it to measure the angle/tilt of my Adjusting solar panels, the blue screen was great, nice big numbers and I just wish it wasn't so sensitive, it has a lot of weight.

Pros
  • ANGLE CONVERTS TO OTHER UNITS : Conversion between : 4 x 90˚ m/m : 1000 mm/m, % : 100%, in/ft : 12 in/ft. No more guesswork or fuzzy transformations!
Cons
  • was damaged

Very accurate and easy to use

Out of the box I have compared the level to the mechanical level I have and found it to be accurate. The buttons are easy to use and the instructions were actually pretty clear. It has some weight, about 8 ounces, but the magnets hold it well against ferrous metal. It's small enough to fit in small 6" long spaces, but very stable. I found it took a few seconds to set the final decimals, but it repeated the same measurement in a few spots that I was familiar with. I am very happy with this…

Pros
  • ABSOLUTE AND RELATIVE MEASUREMENT - The normal absolute measurement mode can only measure the angle relative to the horizontal plane. This tool also has a relative measurement mode to quickly measure the angle between two measured surfaces.
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model
