Perfect Tool for Engine Builders

This pushrod length checker is a must-have tool for any engine builder. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can say this tool is very accurate and adjustable, making it extremely versatile. The simplicity and ease of use make it accessible even for novices. The only drawback is that it is a bit pricier than some other models on the market, but the quality definitely justifies the price. Overall, a fantastic purchase for anyone who wants to achieve optimal performance from their engine.

Pros
  • Accurate measurement of pushrod length for precise engine setup
Cons
  • Requires manual adjustment for each pushrod

Not 0.050 " per stroke as advertised but actually 0.040 "

Not 0.050" per stroke as advertised. The one I have is .040 inches per stroke. Not critical, but if you don't have large calipers to measure the length of this thing, then just grab one of those.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Some cons

Cheap, rusty, no price tags

Arrived confiscated. I had to use a vise and pliers to break the WD40 off. After dismantling, nothing spilled out but rust dust. It takes compressed air, a hot soak, and a paint marker to even give me a reference point for counting the number of turns/cycles/revolutions I'm doing while adjusting. I would avoid this tool and just buy cameras. My fault is you get cheap stuff.

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
  • No insurance
