Claiming that this fan supports sockets is completely false advertising. I've had the fan for almost a year now and it still says "Coming soon" when I try to integrate it with Nest (see screenshot).

I know this fan is expensive, but most ceiling fans are HORRIBLE. This fan is cute and streamlined, the remote control works great and is very quiet. It does an excellent job of cooling an 11x13 room. My only wish is that the light on it is a bit brighter (it depends more on how dark my room is), but that's a bit of a nitpick.

Great little fan for limited space. It's looking pretty good. Ours is all white, stands against a white ceiling and is very unobtrusive. I gave it four stars instead of five because there is a second or two delay before the lights come on or the fan starts spinning. But so far this is my only complaint. I can't say if the installation is easy as I had to hire an electrician to do it.

Great product, quiet and I use the app on my phone to turn it on and off. I have two of these - I need to sync them in order for them to work from a light switch. Customer support was able to help. At the bottom of the light switch is a small horizontal button that needs to be pressed. If that doesn't work, you can flip the switch towards that switch and they will sync.

This is AWESOME! Installation was intuitive and the app works pretty well. I think the app is my favorite part for being able to control it remotely. I bought this for a 10ft x 5ft office corner (converted master closet), this fan is the perfect size. It vents loads of air and is very quiet (no complaints during Zoom sessions). I love the look of this fan and pretty much everything that it has. Amazing breeze and many adjustments. The remote control is small and must have a holder. Unfortunately ours wasn't in the box. I finally got support on this. You accepted the report but still haven't received the item. The remote control is small and I'm afraid of losing it without a fixed place. I like the fan appeal. It moves a lot of air and is very quiet. The price is a bit high. The fan comes with a Bluetooth remote control that communicates with a receiver inside the fan. One thing to know is to make sure the existing wall switch is not a dimmer, remove it and install a regular single pole switch without a dimmer. First of all, I like the look of this fan. Unfortunately, this caused me some problems. The receiver in the fan failed and had to be replaced. Without a receiver, the WiFi fails and you cannot control the fan with the app. It also beeps when Wi-Fi goes down. Another problem was that it could not be connected to a three-position switch.
