The best thing about this application was being able to access it remotely while I worked from home due my recent COVID-19 situation in our state - meaning no office! Remotely accessing data saved me so much time every day during my workday when preparing new orders or invoices; also having everything available online allowed us an extra layer of security which made working at night more enjoyable knowing we didn't have any worries with losing important business files by accident/hacking etc…

I like how easy it was to set up our CRM system. We were able to upload customer information into the software in less than 10 minutes. The support team was very helpful with getting us started. It took longer than expected to get everything setup correctly. When we first installed it there were some issues but they worked quickly to resolve them.
