The first pass took a while, I'm pretty sure it won't take so long next time. I did a backup again this morning, took about a minute, everything was ready.

Ordered three times: (1) Passcode never accepted after several attempts. (2) returned and replaced; downloaded normally; awkward to use and no instructions/instruction manual. There doesn't seem to be a method to extract copied items. I have no idea what empty (received) elements are (probably 50%), although all element extensions have been checked. (3) The third purchase (after #2) is a gift that I don't want to ship.

I have backed up my files. It seems to have worked. Now I can't open it anymore. I can see the drive on my computer. I'm waiting for an answer from support.

Very poor product. The "Instructions Manual" is a page with vague instructions. The device appeared to be backing up, but when I searched for the files, they weren't found. There is no support contact information in the user manual. Doesn't work on any of the 3 PCs I have. The physical design of the drive makes it difficult to plug into a USB connection. (it has a pretty blinking blue light). VERY EXPENSIVE FREE FUNCTIONING DRIVE AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER!

Note that this product (which looks and probably is a great product) will not work with Windows operating systems earlier than Windows 7. I bought it to back up my wife's Windows Vista operating system but a window popped up saying this would only work for Windows 7 and up. The online ads didn't mention it and when I called the seller they didn't seem to know about it. This overview is intended to warn Windows users with Vista, XP etc. to be careful.

Instruction to open file needs improvement. After a bit of "confusion", thanks to the initial instructions, I was able to open the file and run the application. My computer's first backup took 2.5 hours to load; but it appears to be a full and complete backup of ALL files, photos, documents, etc. (12.7 gigabytes of data). Some products I've used in the past have NOT downloaded/backed up all files as advertised. This product appears to be "as advertised". I can recommend it.

We don't usually review all the products we buy for businesses unless they impress us. Let me tell you that this product is so cool that it saves us time on backup so we don't have to manually drag and drop files and we also like the "One Click and Done" software. Fantastic product, great software, 100% AOP3D verified

Not working, Amazon sent replacements, seems to work as advertised. Apparently it downloaded all my files but they were corrupted and couldn't be opened. I started sending it back but decided to delete everything in case the whole operation should get all the data. This may sound a bit cynical, but I'm not sure if everything was erased, so instead of risking it, I'll bear the cost and salvage/destroy the drive just in case.
